About Julie
Julie Cline has been selling real estate since 2001. She started her career in Real Estate after many successful years in Retail Management. Julie always loved looking at homes and has a great eye for what it takes to sell a home. Her passion for helping people find their dream home and making the sales experience a positive one has attributed to her successful career.
Julie has 2 children. The only thing that Julie is better at than real estate is being a mom. Her daughter recently graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Cell Science with a minor in Mass Communications. Her son has recently graduated high school and will be attending The Fire Academy.. Julie also has 2 grown foster sons that have three daughters who have given Julie the title of “Mimi”.
Julie’s hobbies, aside from selling homes has always been interior design. Her home is ever evolving as she takes part in many DIY projects. She always has a home project going on. In her spare time, you can find her working in her yard or watching a Gator football game.
After 17 years with Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway Julie joined the newest REMAX office in Hobe Sound. Julie saw the potential for her buyers and sellers to take advantage of the cutting-edge technology and worldwide recognition that REMAX offers and made the move to REMAX. Julie currently holds the REMAX Platinum Club award.
Julie has recently been featured on the popular HGTV show, House Hunters. After a rigorous interview process, Julie and her buyers were chosen to film an episode. Three long days of filming and lots of laughs added up to a great episode. This was a great experience for both Julie and her buyers.
Julie’s philosophy is to treat the client the way she would want to be treated. Julie feels her communication and her understanding for her client is what makes her so successful. Julie is the local expert you can count on.
